This 7ft Double deluxe palace is a
brand new addition to our range of hutches, This really is the
cream de le cream of rabbit hutches! It is made from 20mm log lap & the
extra strong 9mm ply wood, This hutch comes with one bedding area
on the upper floor and one set of stairs as standard, It will also
come with a solid log lap door on the apex, Stairs & wire door
can be added to apex as in photo by seeing extra options. This
hutch will comes on 6" legs as in photo & will have a
mineral felted roof.
This hutch will come full assembled.

This hutch is very large, The measurements are without
trim so please allow another 4" to all measurements. If this is a problem
we can build to your measurements. Please note these hutches are very heavy and
we do not site hutches, We deliver to drive way/door step only.
